I have lived a low energy lifestyle having no electricity and growing my own produce. Pretty idealistic and very hard work but satisfying. In my opinion we should all be looking towards a future powered by renewable alternative energies. Even the addition of a sunroom with a tile or concrete floor built onto your home can help to absorb and store energy in the form of heat that can then radiate through to the other rooms of the house long after the sun has gone down.
